Sara Gallego

Sara Gallego graduated in Biology and Biochemistry and has a Master degree in Advanced Microbiology. She has a PhD in environmental microbiology, specializing in biodegradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by bacteria in polluted soils and water. Her current interests are focused on the study of soil microbial diversity in polluted and stressed soils and its relevance in ecosystem value.
