Divyashri Baraniya

Resume : I completed my Bachelor degree in Microbiology and Master degree in Biochemistry.For my master thesis I worked on bacterial enzymes involved in denitrification.

  My main research focus for my PhD will be to study protease encoding genes from various microbial sources in soil, preferably those of bacterial origin. I will work on molecular diversity of genes encoding protease, source, proteomic characterization and also on enzymatic activity of soil proteases. I am also interested in validation of respective based methods for soil proteases.
